Ben Ferguson is a Senior Consultant with Fisher Improvement Technologies. Ben has more than 18 years of experience training, coaching, and integrating HOP into industrial organizations.
Ben has led HOP and health and safety processes with WASH, Cargill, the HEICO, John Deere and Alcoa. In addition to HOP, expertise in SIF prevention, event learning and analysis, and emergency response.
