Don regularly challenges and changes the way people view safety. As CCO of SafeStart, he has injected his passion for safety into instructional design, vocational education, e-learning and 24/7 safety training. In addition to frequently speaking at NSC, ASSP and VPPPA conferences, Don has briefed the leadership of all branches of the U.S. Armed Services at the Pentagon on 24/7 safety.
