David Madaras CSP, CHST, Dave holds a B.S. Degree in Construction Management, Professional certifications Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and a Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST). Dave has over 15 years of field experience both as site safety representative and as a corporate safety director for a large commercial mechanical contractor. Dave has also worked as a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). Currently Dave works as the president of the Chesapeake Region Safety Council with nearly 20 years of experience. Dave is a combat veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Dave also coached football for 20 years.
Dave’s unique life experiences, formal education, professional certifications, work experience and actual hands-on coaching of champions set him apart as a rare breed in the occupational safety world.
