27: Practical HOP: Colgate-Palmolive’s Evolution and Journey

As individuals learn basic HOP principles from the “pioneers,” quite often they leave with the question, “what do I do now?” This session will highlight Colgate-Palmolive’s journey and the tools it leverages to operationalize HOP. We’ll discuss how Colgate-Palmolive evolved into HOP to fit its company culture and then successfully expanded it into not only a safety/EHS principle, but part of its global OPEX platform/strategy. You’ll hear practical examples and leave with usable tools.
