2. Can I view the Exhibit floor plan to see what space is still available?
3. What is the standard booth size and how much does it cost?
The minimum booth size is 10' x 10' (100 square feet). Booths may be combined to create a larger space.
- The cost is $16.50 per square foot until Jan. 16. A 10' x 10' is $1,650.
- On Jan. 17, booth prices increase to $17.50. A 10' x 10' is $1,750.
- If you are assigned to a corner, you will be charged an additional $150 per corner.
All balances are due in full upon receipt. Payment can be made by check (US funds) or credit card.
4. What comes with my booth?
Standard Booth Equipment includes:
- 8' high draped back wall with 3' draped side rails
- 7' x 44" ID sign with company name and booth number
- 6' x 30" skirted table
- 2 chairs
- 1 trash can
- Standard carpeting in show color
- 1 Full Conference & Expo and 2 Expo only badges per 10x10
All utilities must be ordered separately. Additional items such as furniture, labor, cleaning, storage of boxes and crates, shipping, and other services can be ordered through the online Exhibitor Manual.
5. When will the Exhibitor Service Manual be available?
The Exhibitor Service Manual will be available in the Exhibitor Hub Feb 2026.
6. What are the height restrictions for my booth?
Inline: Inline booths are most commonly 10’ wide and 10’ deep. No exhibit display products or signage may exceed 8’ in overall height. The maximum height of 8’ is permitted on the back 5’ section and a maximum height of 4’ is permitted on the front 5’ section.
When three or more inline booths are used as a single exhibit space, the 4’ height limitation is applied only to that portion of exhibit space which is within 10’ of an adjoining booth. A Corner inline booth is exposed to an aisle on one side. The same rules for Inlines apply to Corner inline booths. No hanging signs allowed.
Peninsula: A Peninsula booth is 20’ wide by 20’ deep and shares a common backwall with other booths. Exhibit fixtures, components and signage built from the ground up will be permitted at a maximum height of 16’, without any backwall line of sight restrictions. No signage is permitted on the backside of the wall facing your neighbors. Backwalls must be finished or draped at the exhibitor’s expense. Hanging signs allowed to max. height of 20' and must be hung 5' from neighbor's booth.
Island: An Island booth, defined as 20’ wide x 30’ deep or larger, is exposed to aisles on all four sides of the booth with no adjacent neighbors. Exhibit fixtures, components and signage will be permitted up to a maximum height of 16’. Hanging signs allowed to max. height of 20'.
7. Where can I refer to for answers to questions about fixtures, electricity, shipping, etc. for my booth?
Most questions about fixtures, electricity, shipping, etc. are answered in the Exhibitor Hub available Feb 2026.
8. Can I sell merchandise directly out of my booth?

10. How do I ship my booth and supplies?
Shipping addresses and labels are listed in the Material Handling/Shipping section of the Exhibitor Service Manual in the Exhibitor Hub available Feb. 2026.

12. How do I order badges?
Information on registering for exhibitor badges will be made available on Feb. 3, 2026.
13. As an Exhibitor, how many free badges do I get with my booth and what do they allow me to have access to?
As an Exhibitor, per 100 sq. ft., you will receive one Full Conference & Expo badge in addition to the two Expo only badges.
The one Full Conference badge allows you access to the following: Opening and Closing Sessions, Breakout Sessions, Expo, Learning Lab Sessions, Injury Facts® Presentation (in the Expo) and Receptions.
The two Expo only badges allow you access to the following: Expo, Learning Lab Sessions, Injury Facts® Presentation (in the Expo) and Receptions.
14. How do I order lead retrieval products and services?
