No. You can make your hotel reservation first and then register later.
2. What hotels are available?

3. Do the room rates include room tax?
No. The room rate does not include tax.
4. Is the room rate per person or per night?
Rates are quoted per person, per room, per night, unless otherwise specified. Additional people, children, rollaway beds and other items may be subject to additional charges.
5. How long do I have to make my reservation?
Deadline: Monday, April 13.
6. What is the cancellation/refund policy at the conference hotels?
Please contact the hotel. Each hotel may have a different policy.
7. What should I do if I need to change or cancel my reservation?
If you have any questions concerning your hotel accommodations, you should contact the hotel directly.
8. When I make my hotel reservation, how will I know that it has been confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email upon booking your hotel.
9. What should I do if I'm contacted by someone suggesting they book a hotel room through them?
All official hotel options are available only through the booking links on this website. If you are contacted outside of these channels, the offer is likely unauthorized.
